Anybody have help for him or for me (I posted in the General Help section).  It seems to not work on a Windows 10 computer, but work (so far) on a Windows 7 computer.  Waiting for it to mess up on Windows 7 comp like it did on Windows 10 comp.  Does EzCap just not work on W10?  Or are there special drivers?  Amazon has advertised it as compatible with 10 and I have seen a post or two about it working on W10.  Someone help us please.

I am going to try the same ezcap with a computer that has Windows 7, and see if there is a difference--if it is still glitchy and such.  If no difference, I will know it is another defective ezcap, and will do the return process via Amazon (where I bought it from the actual EzCap.tv company). 

If anybody else has any other help for this, it is much appreciated.  Thank you all.

I am just having all sorts of problems.  Now when it plays, it awkwardly splits the video in half--like if the tracking was ridiculously off.  And it isn't the vcr--i hook up vcr to tv and it plays fine.  I dunno what to do.

Or did I possibly get another dud EZcap?  I seen that admin listed that it usually works well in Windows 10--I just bought a second EZcap from Amazon, I have my receipt and everything.  Hoping this one works or I can get it replaced with one that works.

This does not appear to be working with Windows 10.  I go to capture, it starts capturing for like 2 seconds, then the capture screen/window completely disappears. Anybody else having this problem?

 Is this a driver issue?  Or ArcSoft Showbiz issue?  I really would like answers right away, so I can prepare to either switch video capture cards to something else and abandon EZCap, as I would REALLY like to update my other computers to windows 10--but I need EzCap to work if I am to do that.  Thank you all.

Are there any drivers that make it work with Windows 10?  I will be upgrading my computer before the July 29th deadline, and hope it still works fine.

General Help / No audio device listed on Windows10

Just purchased an EZCap and installing on W10. In device manager, item is listed as "ezcap video grabber" but there are not usb audio devices listed. As a result only video, no audio. Laptop does have Realtek and SRS audio hard/software on it, so may be an issue??

Help..need to running for a conference in a couple days!!!!!!!!. Willing to pay $$ to someone that knows how to fix ASAP.

Hello I bought an EzCap 116 from Amazon, however my computer doesn't recognize this usb product. It seems The drivers are not compatible with windows 10 64bit. What can i do?

Under the USB Controllers in Device Manager it says: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

What can i do?

OK, I understand.  Sorry if I sounded angry and frustrated.  I have been able to get my original one from 2013 back from friend that borrowed it, so I am not needing anything from the one I bought in late 2014 (2nd one).  Thank you for your response!!  Have a good day.
