This does not appear to be working with Windows 10.  I go to capture, it starts capturing for like 2 seconds, then the capture screen/window completely disappears. Anybody else having this problem?

 Is this a driver issue?  Or ArcSoft Showbiz issue?  I really would like answers right away, so I can prepare to either switch video capture cards to something else and abandon EZCap, as I would REALLY like to update my other computers to windows 10--but I need EzCap to work if I am to do that.  Thank you all.

Are there any drivers that make it work with Windows 10?  I will be upgrading my computer before the July 29th deadline, and hope it still works fine.

General Help / No audio device listed on Windows10

Just purchased an EZCap and installing on W10. In device manager, item is listed as "ezcap video grabber" but there are not usb audio devices listed. As a result only video, no audio. Laptop does have Realtek and SRS audio hard/software on it, so may be an issue??

Help..need to running for a conference in a couple days!!!!!!!!. Willing to pay $$ to someone that knows how to fix ASAP.

Hello I bought an EzCap 116 from Amazon, however my computer doesn't recognize this usb product. It seems The drivers are not compatible with windows 10 64bit. What can i do?

Under the USB Controllers in Device Manager it says: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

What can i do?

The official line is "no"

OK, I understand.  Sorry if I sounded angry and frustrated.  I have been able to get my original one from 2013 back from friend that borrowed it, so I am not needing anything from the one I bought in late 2014 (2nd one).  Thank you for your response!!  Have a good day.

General Help / Two EZCaps for two video inputs?

Is it possible to have two video inputs using two EZCap dongles? I am looking to have two inputs, one from a camcorder (presenter) and another one from the presenter's VGA output for powerpoint slides to create a picture in picture recording and stream.

Just bought the second device today but will be a few days before it arrives.

Yeah it is still hit or miss.  I am thinking of checking out Dazzle or another I seen called Elgato.  I had one EZcap that worked perfectly-let a friend borrow it and so now I am out that money.  This one has been terrible.  I assume it has to be the EZcap itself, because it has given BSOD on two different computers.  Sometimes I get thru a full tape, other times I don't.  With the life on my Betamax at an unsure point, I am going to have to go a different route, unless someone can tell me the options towards getting this fixed (hardware or software).  I hate to be a jerk and bring up competition, but I need to get these done-I have been sitting on them too long.

I realize this has been over a year.  I stopped using it, and recently got a new computer and started using it again.  It was working fine for a few weeks, but now it is doing Blue Screen of Death every once in a while.  It is weird.  Does anyone have an answer?  Recently it has been when I open the capture device and do not press "capture" button right away.  How do I send it back to get replaced if it is faulty?  or am I out the money?
